Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Keep away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Is it waterproof?
Yes. The surface is sealed XPE foam, so milk, water and food sit on top of it instead of soaking in. Wipe it with a damp cloth and it is dry in seconds. There is no cover to unzip, no washing, and nothing for the foam core underneath to absorb.
Is it safe for newborns?
Yes, it is suitable from birth. The foam is BPA free and phthalate free, made without harmful chemicals, and arrives odour free rather than needing to be aired out. The surface is one sealed piece with no loose parts, buttons or stitched seams for a baby to pick at during tummy time.
Will it slide on tiles?
The underside is textured to grip smooth flooring, including polished tiles, marble and wood. At 6.5 by 5 ft it is also large enough that it does not shift the way a small foam square does. Unfolding it flat and letting it settle for an hour gives the best grip on very slick floors.
Does it fold?
Yes, in three panels. No rolling, no straps to fasten. Fold it twice and it stands upright on its own behind a sofa, beside a wardrobe or against a door. Folded it takes up about a third of its opened footprint, so it stores in the same room it is used in.
What if I do not like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to decide. Use it properly first, put the baby on it, wipe a spill off it, because that is what the 30 days are for. If it is still not right, contact us and we arrange pickup from your address. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
